Class Information:

• Participants may register at any time. Once enrolled, students have four weeks to complete the assignments. 
• Course materials will be delivered via Co-Lin CANVAS. Internet access and a working email address are required. 
• Board-approved curriculum is delivered in 10-hours of online training which fulfills the requirements needed for licensure. Hands-on practice will not be required.
• This course is available until December 10, 2021. All registrations and completions must be submitted by December 10, 2021, at 12:00 p.m.

• PROGRAM COST: $120 
• Must be a licensed practical nurse who holds an expanded role IV therapy certification.
• Internet access and a working email address are required.
